The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our office in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and delivering a broad range of digital-based marketing activity related to supporting ClearVUE’s marketing strategy. You will have the opportunity to create greater awareness and passion for issues on the climate and promoting sustainability to businesses across the globe.

What is the job about?

To devise and deliver, through collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, credible social media marketing plans capable of supporting sales growth, recruitment, and brand awareness.

What exactly will you do?

  • Create social media strategies/campaigns and implementation schedules
  • Build and grow social channels using a blend of creativity, platform best practice and a deep understanding of target audience and user needs
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • To ensure that all internal and external digital communications are clear, relevant, and credible and support product and brand messaging
  • Stay on top of latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Organise photographic or digital media assets of our products
  • Responsible for a variety of internal communications including advertising events and incentives with creative content
  • Monitor and develop reports on competitors’ social media activity

What we’re looking for

  • Experienced in social media management
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with flexibility
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of graphic software including Photoshop.
  • Passion, energy, enthusiasm.
  • Ambition to drive the social and digital marketing agenda for the company.
  • Socially switched on (familiar with key social channels – (Facebook /LinkedIn/ Twitter / Instagram)
  • Experience of social media tools (i.e. TweetDeck, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, CoSchedule or similar).

Bonus points

  • Experience in the energy industry
  • Web design/development experience would be advantageous (Word Press/HTML)
  • Videography experience
