The opportunity

Your artwork will captivate and educate audiences on the importance of sustainability and mitigating the climate crisis. You will develop the overall layout and design for both print items (such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, etc) and web elements (such as infographics, banners, landing pages etc.) and animations.

What is the job about?

Your graphics/animation should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the messages intended. For this, you need to have a creative flair, a strong ability to translate requirements into design and a high level of flexibility to adapt to changing requirements. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

What exactly will you do?

  • Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms such as social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Customize designs to appeal to our specific audience.
  • Develop eye-catching print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Create professional and visually appealing documents and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Design promotional materials that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, GIFs and videos that convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and digital content.
  • Experience in designing for both web and offline.
  • Experience in motion graphics and 2D animation

Skills:

  • Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Expertise in motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
